Our investment work continues at a pace with projects ongoing at present in Baillieston (Fabric and Kitchen/Bathroom Renewal). For the new financial year we have further Fabric projects in Baillieston, Huntingtower and Springboig, with the final phase of our Kitchen/Bathroom Renewal in Sandyhills and North Greenfield.If our plans go to schedule all houses within our management should be fully completed internally by March 2010 and externally(excluding environmental work) by March 2011.

If you are looking at our website to apply for a house in our area, you can call at our office Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm to complete a form. You must bring 2 forms of ID, preferably your passport and driving license and also your national insurance number. Applications will not be accepted without this information.

Annual General Meeting June 2009

At our AGM on 16th June Mary T Scahill was appointed as Chair of TCH following the resignation of Gerry Gillin. The Committee would like to acknowledge the commitment that Gerry gave to TCH over his 2 years as Chair and mant years as a Committee Member. The committee also recognised the service given by Mary Carr who served on the Commitee for many years and who also resigned at the AGM.

Mary T Scahill has been a committee member for 3 years and is a tenant member of Baillieston Tenants and Resident Association. She is a founder menber of the local arts and crafts classes run by Trisect which carries out 4 classes in our area each week, all run by volunteers.
